After a few days of moving furniture around, and trying to organize the house, I woke up with back pain, and was unable to stand up straight. I had definitely over done it! After a few days I was able to stand a little straighter, but my back continued to hurt. Mornings were definitely the worst. I had not been able to attend one of Shari's Pilates classes in several months due to my work schedule. Fortunately I finally got the opportunity to attend Shari's class. I decided to give it a try and take things slow and easy. After class Shari showed me how to use the roller to help relieve stress in my back, and reccomended that I continue with extension work to strengthen and stretch my lower back. I was amazed when the next morning I woke up pain free for the first time in two weeks! Since that morning I have been doing extension work daily, and my back couldn't feel better. Thank you Shari!
